Rest Day that was much needed! I was feeling pretty sore this morning. Tuesday and Wednesday were my Day 1 and Day 2 of my challenge and they went off pretty darn well with the Paleo side. My WOD's were intense as I was in Vegas for 3 days until last Sunday. Tuesday I did 2 WOD's back to back. That was a crusher. Then came in on Wednesday to WOD again.
BFast - hard boiled egg (no yoke)
Lunch - 4oz bag of black pepper turkey jerky; raw brocolli; 800ml of water
Dinner - 1 vodka and water; broiled chicken; grilled vegetables
I am going to be starving later but will not break!
